Initiate Your Request
Log into your Toytown account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
